Our new bank relationship manager has annoyed me enough to think about breaking a 10 year old relationship with that bank.
To be fair, however, not having changed banks for so long it may just be that I have been very lucky in the past.
Can anyone recommend a bank with low/no charges for client accounts and a decent online facility? I used to get loads of flyers through but haven't seen any for a while.
