A new protocol to the treaty will come into effect from April 2011
We reported in July last year that a new protocol had been signed between UK and Luxembourg to bring the exchange of information provisions in the double tax treaty up to the current OECD standard.
That protocol has now been ratified and the new provisions will be effective from April 2011.
