HMRC publish the top five service issues resolved

HMRC service Issues

 

HMRC have listened to our representations and now publish the top 5 resolved and the top 5 open issues. We asked for all registered issues to be published but we welcome this as an initial step.

 

The top five resolved service issues were:

 

·         SA361 payslip

·         VAT phone contact

·         New Partnership registration form

·         Withdrawal of agent copy forms

·         CIS(employer)refund delays

 

The top five open service issues were:

 

·         Delays in dealing with correspondence

·         Time taken for post to reach customers

·         Call backs

·         Debt management

·         Coding of underpayments
