HMRC publishes an updated version
HMRC has published the latest version of its summary of the powers legislation.
This is a useful document which sets out all the legislation which has arisen from the review of HMRC’s powers, deterrents and safeguards. It gives statutory references and notes when each new measure has come (or will be coming) into effect.
