Confidentiality is an increasingly important topic in business and especially in the area of IT. This guide discusses the law relating to confidential information and IT and provides advice on how to protect confidential information effectively under English law. It can be read cover to cover for an detailed review of the law, or it can be dipped into if you have interests in particular areas. If nothing else, the section on Privacy and the media is an entertaining read and gives advice on how and how not to blog anonymously.
The publication ends with a checklist for business managers to help them implement the recommendations outlined in the guide.
